Betterclean Services Coventry had a busy weekend cleaning at Pub in the Park in Warwick!

 BCS Coventry took on the task of cleaning at the public weekend event ‘Pub in the Park Warwick’ 2nd July to 4th July 2021.

We were able to submit a host of online information at short notice, got the team together, ready with lateral flow tests for any eventful weekend’s work, over 21 hours on the job by each team member.

All geared up, we braced long hours – Friday evening we set out from Coventry in BCS van from 3.30 pm, loaded cleaning equipment and crew and headed to the site at Warwick.

The team members, mainly students were all jubilant (even as everyone was cleaning toilets!) but with friendly welcoming faces, greeted patrons and escorted them to available toilets throughout the evening.

Back to Coventry at 11.00 pm, then ready for Saturday morning to set out again at 9.00 am from Coventry.

Long day on Saturday working through rain and thunderstorms, but this did not deter the fanfare of patrons and team BCS when the English football team scored 4-0 against Ukraine, all visible on large screens at the event.

Sunday again saw us setting out at 10.30 am for a requested earlier start at 12.30 pm, again rain and mud at the Park, but the BCS team persisted throughout until the close at 7.00 pm.

 

Everyone was drenched, but happy with the positive responses which we received from patrons during all shifts and in all areas – general toilet units, VIP, artistes, friends and family trailer units.

Many positive sentiments, hugs and thanks were received from patrons on each day for the great work done by the cleaning team as all toilets were kept clean, tidy and well supplied with consumables throughout the event.
